By booking, visiting, or using our services, you agree to the following terms. These are here to support a safe, respectful, and grounded experience—for you, and for everyone who gathers with us.

Use of Our Services

Kinship Sauna offers mobile, wood-fired sauna experiences for individuals, small groups, and private events.

By participating, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily engaging in a heat-based wellness activity and agree to do so with care—for yourself, others, and the space.

Health & Personal Responsibility

Sauna use involves exposure to high heat and may not be suitable for everyone.

By joining a session, you confirm that:

• You are in good health and able to safely participate

• You will listen to your body and step out if needed

• You will consult a medical professional if you have any concerns

This includes (but is not limited to): pregnancy, heart conditions, respiratory issues, or other relevant health considerations.

Hydration, rest, and self-awareness are essential.

Booking & Cancellations

All sessions are booked in advance through our online system.

Community Sessions & Private Bookings

• Cancellations or rescheduling require at least [48 hours] notice

Late Cancellations / No-Shows

• May be non-refundable

Full Buyouts & Events

• May require a deposit and follow a separate agreement

We aim to be fair and flexible where possible, while honoring the preparation each session requires.

Liability Waiver

Participation in sauna use carries inherent risks, including:

• Heat exposure

• Dehydration

• Dizziness or fainting

• Burns or physical injury

By attending, you agree that Kinship Sauna, its owners, and team are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses related to your participation.

All guests are required to complete a Liability Waiver prior to their session.

Code of Conduct

Kinship Sauna is a shared space rooted in respect and community.

We ask all guests to:

• Treat others with kindness and consideration

• Follow guidance from sauna attendants

• Respect the space and surrounding environment

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove anyone acting in a way that compromises safety or the experience of others.

Alcohol & Substances

To support safety:

• Excessive alcohol use before or during sauna sessions is strongly discouraged

• Guests who appear impaired may not be permitted to participate

Arrival & Timing

• Please arrive on time

• Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions

• Community sessions may not allow entry once begun

Mobile Locations

Kinship Sauna is a mobile experience, and locations may vary.

By booking, you acknowledge that:

• Terrain and conditions may differ by site

• Details will be shared ahead of your session

Changes by Kinship Sauna

In rare cases (weather, safety concerns, or equipment issues), we may need to reschedule or cancel.

If this happens, you will be offered:

• A full refund, or

• The option to reschedule

Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including name, branding, imagery, and written content—is the property of Kinship Sauna and may not be used without permission.

Agreement

By using our website or booking a session, you agree to these Terms of Service.
